The Role

As Director of Client Accounts, you will lead and actively participate in the execution of assigned client projects. In collaboration with the client services team, you will support clients in addressing their strategic challenges by helping to research and diagnose issues, structure choices and provide informed recommendations. You will also provide implementation support, as needed, for clients as they work to execute strategic efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues in the Mapt Solutions team.

  • Scope and plan engagements to meet client goals and objectives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ industries, business structures, goals, strengths and opportunities using data, landscape analyses, stakeholder perspectives, etc.

  • Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups and stakeholder interviews, in collaboration with the Client Services team, to assess business opportunities and facilitate strategic business decisions.

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative research, identify trends and insights and package findings into client facing updates, presentations and reports.

  • Develop strategic recommendations, proposed solutions and implementation approaches to address clients’ needs.

  • Develop and manage large, cross-functional project implementations in support of client priorities and goals.

  • Monitor and ensure the ongoing success of client projects.

Your Qualifications

  • Location: Indianapolis Metro Area

  • Working knowledge of and experience with strategy methodologies (e.g., strategic choice structuring) and analyses

  • Experience with competitor and market analysis to uncover and understand market trends and opportunities

  • Experience with moderately complex business case development

  • Effective storyboarding, executive communication and facilitation skills

  • Experience with primary and secondary research and synthesis

  • Experience assessing operations and initiatives to identify areas of growth, resolve issues and increase buy-in

  • Comfort with prioritizing activities, adapting to feedback and delivering toward a defined timeline, while elevating risks and issues to leadership

  • Effective working in a hybrid work environment, combining virtual work with in-person meetings
