The Role

As Marketing and Communications Manager, you will create engaging and persuasive content to support client deliverables and communications while also implementing effective marketing strategies to build the Mapt brand. You’ll work closely with the client services team to support strategic client communications, as well as to ensure Mapt brand standards are met in all externally facing deliverables. You will also carry out the day-to-day marketing function of Mapt Solutions to build brand awareness and support business development. This includes developing marketing plans, managing engagement channels and supporting new client proposals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review and edit project deliverables to ensure brand and communication standards are met.

  • Collaborate with Mapt client services team to support strategic client communications.

  • Lead the development and execution of organizational marketing plan, coordinating with external partners as appropriate.

  • Create and deploy compelling and persuasive content for website copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, press releases, videos, new business proposals, earned media opportunities and other communication channels, to reach and engage with the target audiences.

  • Manage Mapt social media channels, monitor activity and engage with followers on behalf of Mapt.

  • Follow best practices to maintain Mapt website with fresh content, case studies, landing pages, etc.

  • Work with leadership to identify and develop content for thought leadership opportunities.

  • Build, maintain, and execute against organizational content calendar.

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective brand assets.

  • Manage initiatives to enhance the Mapt experience and brand such as client appreciation gifts or coordinating the Transformation Challenge.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and evolve brand messaging as needed.

  • Monitor marketing performance and make adjustments as needed for optimization.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing and communication strategies.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • Location: Indianapolis Metro Area

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing and Communications Manager or a similar role

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing style to different audiences

  • Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools

  • Working knowledge of strategy methodologies

  • Experience with moderately complex business case development

  • Excellent communicator who is able to work with a range of personalities at all levels of an organization

  • Comfort with prioritizing activities, adapting to feedback in a fast-paced environment, while elevating risks and issues to leadership

  • Effective working in a hybrid work environment, combining virtual work with in-person meetings
