Marketing & Creative Services Manager

Position Summary

The Marketing & Creative Services Manager leads Mapt Solutions’ marketing, communications, and creative services efforts. This role serves as the primary resource for marketing coordination, content development, brand management, and design support, ensuring consistency across communications and client-facing materials.

Working closely with leadership and client partnership teams, the Marketing & Creative Services Manager executes marketing initiatives, manages digital communication channels, supports proposal and presentation development, and creates marketing materials that support business development and organizational growth.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

Marketing & Communications

  • Coordinate and execute marketing and communication initiatives.

  • Develop content (text, graphics, photo, video, etc.) for newsletters, announcements, marketing campaigns, and other communications.

  • Maintain marketing calendars and communication schedules.

  • Support outreach efforts that promote Mapt’s services and expertise.

Brand Management & Creative Services

  • Maintain brand standards across organizational communications and materials.

  • Create marketing materials, graphics, presentations, and promotional assets.

  • Develop templates and design resources for internal and external use.

  • Provide design support for organizational initiatives and client-facing projects.

Proposal & Presentation Support

  • Design and format proposals, presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials.

  • Maintain proposal templates and presentation resources.

  • Collaborate with leadership and client partnership teams on business development materials.

  • Ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.

Digital Content & Social Media

  • Manage website content updates and coordinate improvements.

  • Develop and publish content across digital platforms.

  • Coordinate social media content and posting schedules.

  • Support thought leadership efforts through content development and promotion.

Marketing Administration

  • Maintain marketing assets, content libraries, and brand resources.

  • Track website, social media, and campaign performance metrics.

  • Prepare reports on marketing activities and engagement.

  • Coordinate relationships with marketing vendors and service providers.
